I think the game really great idea ... big world, a lot of good cars, dynamic weather system with day / night cycles and until now, the missions also not bad ... a comparison with GTA I let off, the watchdog is a separate game.
On the subject of performance ... games beeen i7 4770 with 16 gig of RAM and ner GTX 770 Ultra ... only shadows are to high and AA is on Temporal SMAA because there VRAM does not fully ... it runs 1a. ..and it is in the HDD and not on the SSD ...

From me, there's a strong buy recommendation!
