However, personally I found it another utility ... I do a lot of maki and sushi, but now make beautiful well-trained sushi without burning your fingers, it is a miracle.
So I reduced my part at least, I put it on my plate that I may cut parchment paper (easier to oter) and I filled my sushi rice I cup well with a spoon for about 1 cm thickness. I put over my salmon (or other for other sushi) and I put everything in the fridge for an hour.
At the exit of the fridge, I ote my part and I have just cut out rectangle sushi with a very large knife (wet!). They are perfect and my handcuffs thanks me (yes they talk to me !!!) at least three times a week.
Joking aside, my rectangular cake setting longer serves me to make my sushi or my basic jelly roll, while my round expandable mold longer serves me for other cakes.
I do not regret my purchase and I recommend it for its "Multipoint".
