ideal as a replacement of an old Easybox A400

I have this EasyBox 803 used to replace my old Easybox A400, since it has some fatal errors.
The change created thanks to the MIC codes (Modem installation code which can be entered via telephone) very easy. The box configures itself fully automatically. If one has not this code, so you can just apply a new (takes about 2 days).

The internet is a button ON / OFF, which was very important to me!

The function is perfect, however, does not seem to be really low power consumption.
Specifying max. 24W in the case are already a first indication. For me, the box is also quite warm during operation. Even in the base operating with only phone and LAN power consumption at 8760 hours a year is certainly not irrelevant.
20W * 8760h = 175 kWh per year!

However, I have also found no legally much cheaper option, so I want to make at this point only a small deduction.

But the savings in this phone components with continuous operation seems to me enormously!
Perhaps politics should recalculate times more accurate here!
Instead of eg vacuum cleaner motors to limit less than 5 minutes (for comparison 30 hours per year) run per day, you should be better hone these components! To arrive at a similar annual consumption, the vacuum cleaner would "consume" in my example more than 5 kW. This vacuum cleaner would require a power connection!
