So let's determined by measuring the actual power -> it flow only 2 A at 12 V, that is, the total output is 24 W. The LED chain I wanted to use the indirect main lighting of my living room, but the light intensity not enough out. "High Power" is so far also somewhat misleading.

The included (switching) power supply makes a good impression (no perceptible buzz). For easy backlight or task lighting in the kitchen (distance less than 1 m), the light is certainly suitable and sufficient of the luminosity. The light color specified "warm white" fits and the LEDs light up all equally.
