This book is a very good guide of its kind, a single frame has to follow the often dramatic and heavy consequences of catastrophes. Disaster, consequences, how to react during and after, lifesaving, that's what this book is about writing a civil security commander and several department heads and psychiatrists who treat very well the psychological impact that can produce serious events on one or more persons. As mentioned in the introduction, it's not psychosis or paranoia that to own a book of this kind but it is preparing, even for a road accident or other, to have a minimum knowledge to properly react and who knows, save a life.
