For now, I pursued the monitor using the VGA cable and the image was okay. However, the connection via the HDMI cable caused me quite a headache. The picture was just way worse than VGA. But I wanted to avoid unnecessary additional audio cable. I invested a couple of hours in the picture settings on the monitor and graphics card settings.
Only after multiple browsing the Operator's Manual when I came across the following note (page 21):
"If you have a PC with an HDMI cable to the HDMI IN 1 (DVI) port to connect, you should the TV Edit Name. Activate the PC mode."
So: SOURCE 'Tools' Edit Name. 'ENTER' PC 'ENTER
After I had the name "PC" awarded the source "HDMI IN 1", the image was impeccable !!!
I find the user guide on the device basically good. You need to first commissioning really only the included Quick Start Guide. But this special notice is only available in the detailed user guide on the CD and I had not previously thought that picture settings for the PC operating optimizing in the background when the source of the name "PC" award!
But I forgive anyway 5 stars because now the problem is solved and for me the image is very good (as good as my Samsung 2443BW in the work) and I was not disappointed by the tone (I find very good for built-in speakers).
