So far so good - children pure fun.
My problem with the product:
On the tank valve is screwed with lever. Unfortunately, I have managed it so that it is not tight. It is always leaked water. In addition, has in the normal load case "playing Kindner" turned the entire valve from the tank again. That meant that I have tried a little harder to attract the valve on the tank. As a result, pressed-in tube is then in the valve itself a (too lax?) Has been postponed, which has led "Permanently open" the port valve itself to a total loss.
When disassembling I realized then the reason for the debacle that: The hole in the tank is so eccentric that the valve together with rubber gasket may not seal tightly to the tank because it is largely beside the hole and the hole then next to the valve. I then wrote to the BIG customer service sent me quickly and efficiently a replacement tank and a replacement valve. When unpacking, I saw the same but that in the spare tank the (able sowichtige) hole is located just off center. Everything seems to be "of a piece" ...
A new request to the customer service did not produce only that the off-center hole has nothing to do with the fact that the valve can not be bolted to the tank and can be used without problems. The tank would be OK.
Sure - but he is not yet tight and I will probably have up lubricate any Dichtpampe since :-(
For me the last BIG-products ....
