Ordered this cable for direct tethering of images from the camera to the PC directly after tripping. Did not need to buy the expensive wifi transmitter when eh done in the near future a camera switching to a model with integrated WLAN. Other cable rails due to lack of signal strength not suitable according to the comments for it. Delivery was fast, cable connected directly and medium Canon EOS Utility connected to camera. Signal my Canon 5D Mark II has been detected directly. Tethering works without problems.
