Well, the last few days I was not so happy times at short notice but after I had bought back the milk that I used at the very beginning was the world back in order. I bought in recent days different types of milk. 1.5%, 1.8%, 3.5% and 3.8% fat. Just as on the product photos, the dairy "cream" with me only with the 3.8% lactic. Then I got a nice Cream hood which can be even tasty spoons. When I use other milk then the milk foam is coarse pores and falls again quickly collapses. I always fill the cappuccino maker nearly up to the mark and then make two tablespoons of white chocolate syrup Monin with pure. The amount is then via the mark but still it works without problems, am very satisfied, clean in my opinion problematic.
