One thing is not a matter of taste but a fact:
This version includes, in contrast to the original, a good to very good sound performance on, it sounds clear and nothing is overloaded, no trace of the exaggerated Loudness War of the original exist.
This a largely unknown ex-DSDS star in any small, certainly not as expensive recording studio such as Pink, a first-class recording and mixing delivers deserves respect and demonstrates competence and mind, for me it's a slap in the face and embarrassment for the production company Pink.
