In total package a good carafe

I have gained this carafe for the summer in order to serve my cold drinks can tidy. And since I am an avowed WMF fanboy, so why no carafe of WMF? But now to the product. Very enjoyed the simple design and the sieve that does its job very well. Lemon seeds or smaller Fruchstückchen not come through. What bothers me a bit that scharfte top edge and there quite thin glass. I stendig feel the decanter could break at any point (so far, however, did not happen, despite slight bumping the faucet). Most disturbs me, however, that the carafe for all three refrigerators in our house for the side door is too wide. Nagut that I would be able to see in advance, since the diameter is stated in the description. But who measures the after already? In addition, in the description that also fits the carafe in the fridge. This is only the case when I take out the glass plate in the middle. So !!! WARNING !!! the carafe is greater than you may appear in the pictures. I give the carafe anyway four stars because it is a beautiful and good carafe.
