After only 7 months, the cuff failed (rubber seal of the washing machine) and reportedly is not a defect, but improper use. The Internet is full of customer complaints (see keyword cuff). Replacing the cuff is at the customer service costs 209 and may also be necessary several times in the life cycle of the machine according to service technicians. In my opinion here either defective material (not stable enough) and which do not is the demands of nines machines (greater payload and therefore larger circumference of the collar) or justice ............... ... Attention Stay away, or at least informed in advance on the internet about this rip-off! With 7 months, we are, incidentally, not the record holder, the damage can already occur much earlier.
