Actually, we have, as the picture shows, the predecessor of the tip Topps ordered because we were eager to have this crutch and not like the new model, the black belly strap (impractical). Therefore, we were overjoyed to have found at Monis nursery the last model. The disappointment was great when then nevertheless entry the new chair with us. After complaining unfortunately came the news that there is no longer ours. Monis nursery but immediately offered nachzusenden the crotch and to give 6 Euro discount on the price because, amazingly, the new chair was even cheaper. Due to the disappointing, wrong delivery unfortunately a point deduction. For service Monis nursery would have earned 6 points!
