Contrary to the manufacturer's specifications (including in the operating instructions) fitness bracelet stores the data for 30 days but only for 5 days. So if you do not want to lose its data, it should synchronize regularly and at short notice. Such a blatant deviation from the manufacturer's specifications is an impertinence. Carried on an e-mail to the manufacturer (as expected) no response.
