Amazon has made false declarations to Samsung devices. Samsung devices have a country-specific warranty and model number.
I ordered a Samsung N220 with Amazon a year ago. According to Amazon, it had a 24 months PickUp and Return warranty. That was also the reason why I bought it. I was pleased with HP PickUp Return Guarantee, I want necessarily a manufacturer with Pickup and Return Warranty.
However, Amazon advertised with false information. They sent to Austria, a German model and no reference to the country-specific warranty from Samsung.
Now my netbook is faulty and Samsung refuses to legally guarantee that was promised when purchasing. They refer me simply to Amazon.
What offers me Amazon? I want it repaired through Amazon. Normal takes a pickup and return repair within 1 week. Now I may THANKS Amazon if not to wait 6 weeks for my netbook.
Buyer Amazon's customer-friendly but, when it comes to service, you are incompetent to not work anymore.
In addition, you do not even know about the products themselves modest.
At the end Amazon agreed to take the device back and the purchase price refund.
I advise nevertheless when buying really examine the warranty very carefully, because you can really stand without warranty otherwise.
