Loyal Amazon customer for many years, I just had a mishap related directly to the product on the one hand and the Amazon customer service on the other.

First, the context, I tried to have regular use of Jawbone UP24, and several times a week in data loss, as well as problems related to the application on iPod and iPhone. After 7 months of uses and many attempts to use the assistance of Jawbone, I decided to use the guarantee because I'm really disappointed in the quality of the product.

I live grotesque moments to tell because the employee:
