I almost always order from Amazon in particular because of the very good service. In the case of the fire phone before was nothing but also nothing to see. As Prime-customer I have 20 hours later receive a text module Email - price errors. Well, it can happen (where the Amazon that only notices for 20 hours not even believe a fisherman in Sierra Leone), even if the communication but should something "flowery" fail. And what do I have to read ?! Many got the smartphone but for 10 euros? Is that something the added value of a Prime membership? Hardly likely!
