So I contacted the customer service Alessi to try to get an exchange from them. This fully discharge their responsibility and returns to Amazon for an exchange. I therefore conclude that the manufacturer's warranty does not exist among Alessi and they make no effort in this direction, but rather complicates the task and shows you their supposedly high-end brand limits.
Also I find it deplorable lack of quality control of their product for a brand like Alessi and the "Made in Italy" is not what it was ...
Only aesthetics catches the rest but this is the most important asset for a kettle finally?
I highly recommend this brand.
