bad software, route information is not correct., customer service bad ..

My experiences with this TomTom only negative: the unit was first time no resonable announcements machen- it has constantly stuttered, GPS signal depending on the input to the City after 5km distance traveled found at all times (wanted to know arrival time at the current location). Multiple Customer contact, geschickt- repair equipment has 3x set to factory settings. Now for 3 weeks again a new software on it, the route information is a Kathastrophe if I (coming from Frankfurt driving to A7 over A3) do not know the track, I would have ended up in the "Nirvana". Whole 16x should I leave the A3, although the fastest route was entered. Up to 70min the route would have taken longer than the ones I've driven. Then the kicker: the diversion of the A3 to A7 not know the TomTom, I should have to remain on the A3, although clearly for many years the lanes (2km in advance) are separated and you have to keep the right to then come on A7 !! Ds would have been the next big detour, a colleague told me the same thing, bad software! On the A3 motorway, no longer recognizes the TomTom plötzlch the route, wants me chokes to 80km / h, but there is no speed limit .... Again contacted the customer service after 5 days still no answer, what I call service, haha! !! I have some experience with Medion, can only say, worlds better !!!
NEVER AGAIN !!! TOMTOM
