Immediately defective -Asus customer service disaster

To make it short: I can only advise jedemvon Asus. I'll never buy an Asus product again. And never again with Media Markt. I had not bought the Transformer on Amazon. Otherwise I would not anger now. After 4 weeks, the machine was broken. Then sent to Asus. Were 4 weeks for the announced 10 days repair. Had to be replaced 8% parts .No information from customer service. Only outrageous statements. And the announcement, if it is not repairable, gäbs a replacement unit. Possibly a used, it said. As a substitute for a 4-week-old device. The Asus Service is an absolute fiasco. Never again Asus. Had I bought at Amazon, it would certainly have been different. But unfortunately I bought the thing at Media market. And since one is left to itself. Would have liked given 0 stars for both. But unfortunately could not.
