Unfortunately, I can agree with my Vorrezensenten only. The machine is running with us for almost a year with occasional outages and unclean washing results. We use only tabs that were often not completely dissolved and stick to the cap. For some time now they are almost only error messages. We have explored all options to analyze the defect. (Sieve is clean, water inflow is true reset machine, no slop etc.) Still, they will not work again after several attempts without changes again. A technician from customer service advised us not to use the Bio program, among other things, but only the normal program. (?) Why, then, to choose from 3 options more dishwashing, me remains a mystery. Since last week, there are more and more failures. Either they do not start, or (to have changed without something) but after the third, fourth time yet. Time they flushed through, then it breaks, sometimes simply in the middle again. We have never had such a "sensitive" machine. Our old NEFF ran without complaint over 12 years and has thereby already filtered out so many pieces of glass. In the present model extends a thumbnail Big splitter that not as interesting lands in the sieve, but directly into the pump. Also with us: just 100.00 Repair and additional recommendation to use only the standard program. Next week we let the technicians arrive again for the current defect. Should it then give back expenses or the defect emerge again, then we look forward to a new NEFF. Bauknecht was unfortunately a short and sad experience.

Meanwhile, the Bauknecht contract technician was on site. After I asked what would mean for 6 times blinking as an error message, the reply came: "That could mean anything." Interesting. After about 10 minutes then the sobering diagnosis "... it is not on the device, but the water supply / water pressure does not agree. In all likelihood, a defective angle valve. No warranty claim.". In other words, just under 100.00 for a brief information that you can not do anything. We agreed a short time later an appointment with a sanitary engineer who auswechselte the complete angle valve and safety also increased the total water pressure in the house, although it would not be necessary his assessment. During the test run of Bauknecht dishwasher then the sobering fact: Still not working. Error message continues to blink 6 times. Total 200,00 invested, with the fact that we still do the dishes by hand.

Today we have then - after another failed test run - the Bauknecht customer called again. We were promised again to send soon a technician to the house. Even if the now perhaps comes out of goodwill without bill, I wonder who the we - obviously - paid unnecessary Eckventilreparatur.

To date, there have been on the part of the customer service Bauknecht no sign. The promised call back is not done until today. Consequently, no service technician on site was. Then we called again today at customer service to ask about the processing status. In the reply, "Please give us your phone number, we'll call you back", we persevered and reported from our experience that we have heard the same phrase a week ago, but to this day no one had contacted us. You may please immediately offer something concrete us now. Now that we have a second time marked the event in detail, there was on the part of the attendant a zealous shop talk, What could cause the error message. From calcification (machine less than a year old, water hardness 1), up to the lack of water supply (angle valve installed from scratch and water pressure to 4 bar increases), the lady clawed by a remote diagnosis that led to the realization at the end that they "It does not exactly know" and "times a technician over send". Concrete date now May 24 Whether after nearly seven weeks coming up finally joy of Bauknecht dishwasher?

Meanwhile, in late May 2013, replaced by a Bauknecht contract service both the engine as well as the complete electronics. A demand, why complete components would be replaced and the previous service visit was not running under guarantee was not requested from the customer service. There they kept a low profile. In any case the machine was running after the exchange so far without complaint. Til today. After nearly 5 months, she again shows the error F6. Sieve is clean, ensuring water supply, crockery sorted properly. Reset performed several times - all to no avail. The request to call a Bauknecht service technician is no longer available. So far we have invested nearly 300.00 to hold a brand new machine running. Another service visit for 100.00 we save dear and possibly invest in a new machine NEFF.

As a last attempt is a direct contact with the company Bauknecht. A possible reaction I will like to post here.

The company Bauknecht of Stuttgart has reacted positively. She apologizes for not only the unpleasant circumstances that caused their device so far, but also provides an immediate complete replacement of the device. The whole thing sounds very bureaucratic and customer. We can only hope that the replacement device is not within a short time shows similar quirks at the end. Nevertheless, I like to place a star more, since at least the customer runs smoothly in the last instance. A continuation of this epic experience remains with the GSXS 4000 and hopefully saves.
