We have seen the Augustines at last week's Rolling Stone Weekender live and are hooked since. The LP is rotating in a loop on our Player and the songs always conjure us a beatific smile. This tasteful rock music with great pop appeal presented by a sensationallen, raspy voice, backed by shimmering guitars and multi-layered choirs goes under the skin such that it makes you forget the autumn or rather teaches enjoy it. Unbelievable. To name highlights, I find it difficult. However, it has me "Weary Eyes" particularly impressed. What a song !!! Of course you can feel out certain routes even when the Augustines. It mate in their sound U2 when they were still innocent, wonderful drunkenness Elbows, Coldplaysche Demo exploits, as well as a dash of early Gaslight Anthem. No Matter.
