why not 5 stars? probably because the ink of the book remains my fingers, the pages are detached and is of very poor quality but the content is great!

no new ideas but a compilation of common sense that is good for people somewhat or very anxious.
The tips in this books are useful and effective and I really recommend it for those who are struggling to manage the little annoyances of everyday life and even the big problems.

I "ve completely hallucinating when I saw that it was written in 1944! I thought it was recent.
