So even though the book is called "the child and nutrition," the author does not stop nutrition and also developing other aspects such as the psychological aspect.

Besides, I have to say I was left a little on my hunger in terms of nutrition, but I have been so satisfied with the content of the book that brought me the little usual information, it remains for me a very good book.

The child have to eat much, what are the meals that must be the most nutritious, what foods focus, why a child should not be cold, etc ...

The author explains the relationship between nutrition and behavior, particularly regarding heavy metals, trace elements, allergens and hypoglycemia.

They also speaks of parasites of the child, early puberty, hyperactive children and learning of the child, then gives some practical advice on diet, according to age, the importance of cooking, etc ...

Finally, there is a chapter on the temperament of the child, the "25" character or "75" ... exciting!

It is not always easy to find books of this author, yet they are all awesome
