This book is simply indigestible (the height for a book that deals with food). To try to convince with details of this and that (the composition in grams of this, the milligrams of that) it seems to read a book for doctors rather than lambda readers. It is not accessible and not very didactic. I think Mr. Merry knows better talk during his lectures as writing.
