The shower head is made of plastic and is painted silver. The workmanship is very good for the cheap price. The 6 multi-colored LEDs (paired) are operated by a dynamo in the shower head. The dynamo generates an audible humming / whirring. With increasing water pressure to increase the noise (hum, hum). The LEDs change their color very quickly (every 1-2 seconds). After all colors (7 pieces) were to play again, all LEDs blink for a few seconds quickly, frantically. The luminosity of LEDs is not sufficient to reveal the colored water jet in daylight, only at dusk or in the dark, the effect can be detected. A spa feeling can not produce to my mind with this shower because of the volume the dynamo and the too rapid color change (and flashing). As more fun eye-catcher, it is perfectly acceptable for the price.
