Ingenious successor

So that's what I call a succession plan.
The Razr per se, I think one of the best smartphones is already at all. The optics, performance and versatility were there already mistaken. (Ok, I have big hands, but any criticism because of the size I do not understand.)
So now comes the Razr Maxx
At first glance, there are "only" a slightly thicker phone with a new operating system.
Dicker is because of the generous 3,300 mA battery. This alone is the best news since there are smartphones. Android 4.0.4 preinstalled is also very good, especially since I'm still waiting with my "old" to the Razr update .......
What has escaped most people, and goes down well in the reviews is the fact that the device in addition to GPS and GLONASS can read. I've just noticed a huge advantage when geocaching, what I have sometimes done with the Razr. Middle of the woods or buildings, the Razr Maxx still gets sufficient data to establish a good position determination to realize. Since the Razr is compared worse but still positioned, my old Nokia N8 often gets nothing, Garmin GPS units make it partially with (GPS only) but with high uncertainty. Only the Etrex 30 (also GPS + GLONASS) provides better results than the Razr Maxx.
Now I have during the day on most mobile Internet, otherwise a (wise offered by the device) economical setting of the display, etc. Finally, is not after 8 hours at the latest Sense. Now the unit is running at about 3 Ladecyclus already 2 days and still 40%, which is enough for tomorrow ..... And about 20 Geocaches I've now found and logged on the machine. That was never possible with the RAZR, with intensive GPS and Internet use, the part was floored in a short time, so I always in such trips had a spare battery to recharge it.
Now I use the Internet or not exessiv mails or calendar or even social networks. Who needs it, is yet some time to come for longer throughout the day.

There are three problems but:
a Razr Maxx HD haunts already by the communities, which is of course then interesting ......
LTE, the European part not, no idea from a US import (of the then) would go here ...
There are no decent leather cases for the part that fit the RAZR not definitely ....

Another point which previously came up short here:
Both the Razr Maxx and the get along with 64GB micro SD card (!!!) (Currently, however, only one of the Mart, and that's just out of print) are given by the manufacturer "only" 32 mm.
Hey, you have 80 (!!) GB (64 external and 16 internal) in your pocket with the entire music library and at least half the Photo roll of the past 10 years, which can be an apple or Sam ... NOT

Conclusion: absolute buy recommendation. good value for money.

Apropos: one of the main criticisms of the Razr was his alleged yellowness admitted that there was, but compatible, which is now at the Maxx AWAY !!! (Motorola / Google learns evident from its customers.
a few words:
All apps run fine in the Razr ICS. Even board security could easily write with relevant tools in the system area that they survive a RESET. I can only recommend the whole, everything else so current in the market may (highly subjective) of appearance, performance and reliability not keep up.
And for the critics who call this part ceramic hob: There is an app that really represents a ceramic hob on the part. Then at least nobody laughs more.
