For those who are unfamiliar with the principle (popular sports it seems) that are kind of plaster to stick to the base of the nose and which raise "mechanically" the nose, allowing the air enter in greater volume. Result: more dry and irritated throat to sleep by breathing through the mouth, which is comfortable and pleasant - and without drug delivery or other active ingredient.
In my case it is not for nasal septum deviation, nor for (or against) the snoring but just to clear the nose and breathe mouth shut.
Small practical details:
- The model "regular size" is a little short for my taste (5 cm long), I prefer the "wide" which cover better (about 6 cm)
- I do not like competing ear range, cheaper but less nice because it looks like scotch pieces (clear plastic)
- The identical mark Anglicized called "Respir'Activ"
- Advice to the ladies like me who tartinent cosmetics: apply the tape on a cleansed and dry skin before applying night cream that prevents the device from sticking well
