In the beginning (purchase date 17/05/2013) we were in our kitchen very pleased with the new ceramic-coated pans from Ballarini. Bought a little later (20/06/2013) even the Ballarini 3H1C-D.28 Rivarolo New Saute, 28 cm with glass lid. Since one of the pans is almost always in daily use with an induction cooker, but it turns so slowly gave up the non-stick coating your mind after about half a year out. Even something like pinhead great little hole in the pan bottom can be seen. There was with us a more gradual process, but today fails to make a breaded escalope or fish more in the pans, unless you fried with lots of fat.
I think we had the same problem as "smilingbandit" described. Frozen vegetables and other Cold from the fridge was also given to us in the warm / hot pans.
Conclusion: Once again a bad buy when it comes to pans.
