We must not look in this novel of unbridled action. Although it is absolutely not static and contemplative, the interest of the novel lies more in introspection strong characters. All of the characters affected one way or another by the insulation that was imposed on them. The causes of the disaster are also never clearly explained, leaving the reader in the same blurred as the protagonists. Each part of the story is a stage in the journey of the main character for which he will be confronted with these strange individuals of a first edge but we will get to know.
The great strength of the story, as in Days is writing Lovegrove exceptional fluidity. You turn the pages without knowing it, even if the story is less exciting than Days, we hang on to the last line.
So, without being as essential Days, United Disunity lets have a good time (although it should not be read in a period of depression because optimism is not the prerogative of the author)
