Received my neato, unfortunately battery problem, obliged to return it. But with Amazon, returns are much simpler and easier than with other sales sites. Received my 2nd neato; early battery charge holding a half hour, but gradually, by recharging it several times, charging the battery. The neato is smarter than the Roomba (I also have a roomba) The neato does the job faster, but against the fact roomba baseboards, but not the neato. Too bad the neato is not a side brush (for plinths) as roomba ...... and it is more noisy than the Roomba. For cons, the Roomba knocks my living room furniture, the Neato along gently. In fact, with the 2, this is perfect.
