How to restore lost loyalty between employees and their business? The conclusion is clear: the company can not guarantee a job for life, most employees do not really feel bound to their employer. They stay tuned or actively looking, other opportunities and more nhésitent to pursue their careers elsewhere. This often results in a loss of trust and a commitment sometimes minimized.
