Javais bought this book for a young, I was disappointed. This is more a book to try to convince of the benefits of fasting (or even the importance of how we eat health) for practice fasting but lack dapprofondissement is also found on this level and some blow theories come to seem farfetched. Unfortunately I was more confident and jen have learned much about fasting after seeing on you tube, the documentary broadcast by dArte on fasting.
Yet many topics are interesting, such as eating less, the young and the smoker, daily young, food cover etc ... Too bad ...
