I installed after the short and long instructions, assign passwords without special characters and WPA / WPA2 set with the correct password. The box showed up immediately as a player on the network. When double-clicking on the player's icon, the device is called site. The outputs the message "500 Internal Server Error". If the box over 10.1.1.1 or assigned by fritz.box address called the configuration interface appears and is also operated.

after two contact support:
A two-time response of the support was carried out quickly. The answer enhielt only generalities and not dealt with the detailed description of the fault. On detailed written demand informed the support with:
