"Invalid Code" - € 20 gone!

First: I did not buy the game on Amazon. But I would have made better time. No matter how many times I 3 Store type its Code in SIMS, I can not download the game easily - every time is "Invalid Code". 20 I paid - and it does not go. I'm curious times, whether EA Games responded to my email inquiry. Can surely not acceptable that you freirubbelt the code, so the game can not change, then nothing works. Class action. :-(
