Is it well - with small drawbacks

Currently there are the radio again at Aldi for 79,90 Euro.
After 4 days of testing I've even bought a second.
One runs via Line-out to RCA to stereo.
The other stands solitary in the kitchen.
I must say that I was surprised how neat Rabatz the small Brüllwürfel makes yet.
OK, the sound presets for jazz, rock, etc. are not my thing.
Property me the equalizer set itself, there is only settings for treble and bass.
With the bass you should not overdo it, the Böllert / pöppert else so weird it. Regulated down a bit, it is very neat.
But where to come for even better bass at the size?
The cube shape owed the speakers are mounted on the side, really stupid. You should build the crate rather broad with front speakers. Alone on a sideboard, the sound loses therefore something in the room.
I have the radio is now placed in a corner, with wall tiles diagonally. characterized the sound is much better reflected in the room. Music sounds good enough for my needs, but also messages are to be understood very well in 3 meter distance.
The installation incl. Networking via WLAN was easy and intuitive, the BDA I have not read.
Spontaneous and 29 channels were found in DAB +.
Contrary to what other reviewers go with me to Germany radio transmitter in DAB + properly.
For that I have to agree with another reviewer that the gradations of volume control are very generous, in quiet area, it could be something like fine adjustable.
The display is quite OK, but from 2.5 meters unreadable for me, what makes the use of the remote control a bit nonsensical.
The FM reception is grottig, but I have not bought the radio, the reception is with me always very bad.
A separate antenna input would the radio therefore been good, as a battery compartment, so you can drag the radio into the garden.
For this, the Internet radio to date works perfectly and without interruptions.
Some streams do not work, why is that I can not say. But this is the selection of channels as well as all large enough.
All in all, I have learned the unit because of its dimensions, simple and beautiful design, the ordinary for this size sound, ease of installation and operation in a few days very appreciated.
By me for the Aldi price 79,90 Euro a strong buy recommendation.
If you want more hi, would look around and then also several times to spend on it probably at Roberts radios or the like.
