I chose it for its price and the price of cartridges (it takes 5 + 2 -magenta cyan yellow black returning roughly 10 each)
My first impressions (no pun intended):
- Loading paper "ordinary" from the front and paper "special" from the top (up to A4) (In 2 cases, the output is via the front) At rest, the covers are closed for switch the machine free from dust (the interface recalls, when necessary, to open the exit cover and will not launch print as it will not open)
- It is a little slow to start, for once against hot, very fast printing
- The quality is very nice even as "standard", either on plain paper for office work, or on photo paper (very impressive!)
- The interface seems a bit complex, a lot of functions, but in use, not heavy as it is, with a little practice it easy to surf unnecessary steps, and "preview print "VERY clearly summarizes the options chosen, including the tray where the paper will be taken, and rectifies a click if necessary!
- To ink consumption, I will edit when I have the necessary perspective.
- I have not tested printing on CD for me that falls within the gadget.
