How not to marvel at the beauty, precision, the spell that has managed to create this genius of modern times. Beyond the quality of his works, it is mainly the force with which they transport us to another world (or a hypothetical past) which is exceptional and even surprising, although already knowing the illustrations by John Howe. To love the work of Tolkien, his writing, accuracy and travel in which he takes us is to love as much that John Howe realized.
