I love this kind of book. You know those books that we begin and that it is hard to let go? Those which we say "another chapter and I quit" and you still be reading 1h later? Well, "an island" is undoubtedly one of these books there! It's really a wonderful story, while modesty, told with great talent. We find a little humor, adventure, moments where we fear for our two heroes, and especially love. It is a book that keeps you heart and you stir the guts, even when closed. And do not be put off by the age difference between the two characters, not only what is absolutely not disturbing - is easy to forget the age of TJ, but in addition this may deprive you of a very beautiful reading. I can only recommend it wholeheartedly!
