First review hot! I just finished the second reading of this book, and unlike some other reviewers, I can not find it as clear nor especially "practical" than that, in any case, "possibly effective". Of course, writing is clear and simple to understand, but we do not really see the point of some exercises (finger that stretches) that the author considers -this awesome potential usefulness is not explained by 'author- nor frankly concrete applications of the approach. The author explains the development of a protocol to treat pain by saying that it must be done precisely, and he explains a few pages later that "ultimately, we may well not use this protocol in that form and it would work as well, "and also that" if it does not work is that it should not walk "; I'm simplifying to the extreme, but barely! That mindfulness allows "miracles", I doubt not, but this book is sorely lacking in credibility, and does not allow readers to reach or operate as simply and effectively as the above suggests the author. The "Just do it" Mr Kinslow does not convince me at all! I'll do the exercises, although I do not understand the link or the possible progression that may exist between them, and do not hesitate to mamender by rewriting a more positive review if necessary. However, the treatment protocol supposed "cure all" so lacking in precision, I'm not sure I can achieve it
