After my 28 years old Bosch kitchen machine suddenly gave up the ghost, came to me just a device of Kitschen Aid or Kenwood in question. Because of the much lower price and my positive experience with Kenwood (own a coffee machine and since yesterday a hand mixer KW) I opted for the KMX 51. In the first week I got the machine a bit overused, cookie dough (2 kg), bread with and without grains, biscuits, sponge cake, cream cheese, butter cream, mayonnaise and much more. The KMX 51 stood me up in enthusiasm, the old Bosch was quite impractical and difficult to clean, the dough was stirred not uniform, much of the fat still stuck on the edge. The Kenwood stirred everything fast and evenly, nothing sticks to the edge of stainless steel bowl. It is good to handle, it is clear and is fairly quiet. Since I was already used to a lot of racket. The stainless steel shots and Rührzubehör are very easy to clean, the inserting z. B. the kneading hook is no problem, the mixing bowl is easily fitted, a little twisted, and away you go. I'm thrilled and would decide again for this device.
