Unfortunately, I join the opinion of many others. After almost two years of "normal" use (several times a month), the KM262 will not boot at all. Poor design or fragile parts, who knows.

Living in Belgium, I appealed to Kenwood Belgium, who confirmed a period of 2 years warranty (European law) but I redirected to amazon or Kenwood France for support. Kenwood (or rather DeLonghi) France will not listen, claiming that the guarantee is only a year ...

Fortunately Amazon has been more conciliatory and offered me a replacement. Praying that it takes a little longer ...
