Kettlebell - the new old fitness machine -

As a police officer I rely on to be physically fit. However, for family reasons, I have no more time for hours to work out in the fitness center. Looking for alternatives I came across the kettlebell training. The Russian-born training method is described as the "AK 47 of Fitness Sports:" quick, unpretentious and it works everywhere. After 30 - 45 minutes of exercise I've reached my training goal. The kettlebell allows quick exercise sequence without long pauses between the individual exercises.
Now I already own three kettlebells of Bad Company. 16, 20 and 24 Kg. The Kettlebells have an excellent price-performance ratio. They are very well made and the weight right. The handle fits comfortably in the hand and is in any Kettlebell equal in scope. The kettlebell has a very good finish and it runs smoothly in your hand. But the accompanying training manual is not sufficient to carry out a safe and effective workout. For this purpose, a very intense preparation is necessary. On Youtube you will find this very good example of Steve Cotter instructions. Should I really again need a kettlebell, I will buy it again in Bad Company.
