My predecessors have all correctly written: The yogurt is not fixed after a hot water filling and 14 hours.

I mix milk powder and added inulin. After 12 hours I fill again to boiling water and let it stand for 12 hours again. After that, the yogurt is perfect.

I like a good thing that there is no single glass that would make more work afterwards with the Einfüllerei and rinsing. And that is not constantly an electrical outlet is blocked.
Overall, I would recommend it.
