Knowingly and intentionally deceive the Customer

Since my purchased six months ago Original apple earbuds unfortunately thanks to a cable break no longer available,
I was looking for a quick and inexpensive replacement. At least I quickly found this here. However, it soon became clear that this is not an Apple product.
After all who does not Apple products ordered at the original price - even though Apple is on it - should prepare yourself that he (or she or it) does not receive the original products. At least that was the first point that has made me suspicious.
Point 2 then upon arrival of the letter. No outer packaging, the retractable holder was in a plastic bag, the cloth pictured was not there, but good. The crack in the lid of the box there was already no longer a surprise.
Point 3 Then when you open the retractable holder. Felt lighter than the original and also unstable.
Item 4 In the winding case the cables were at the thin end so crammed that I was afraid that was already present here a cable break. Indeed, it fortunately did not, but more on that later.
Point 5 The headphones feel lighter as the original, were also verabeitet worse you felt any plastic seam.
Item 6 At some point I fell apart the winding case. Could I again stuck together, but good.
Item 7 came when down I noticed the earpieces times. Because the seams are in fact fallen on both sides, so I had so the parts of the ear in his hands and looked at the inner workings of the headphones. By both. That's never happened to me, none of the headphones I've ever had. By then I was sure that this is not time for original remotely. At least I could do everything put back together again and it worked again.

Nevertheless - and the reason why there are 2 and not 1 star here - have the headphones a passable sound (at least better than the old Apple headphones that I had to use in the meantime, which is why I remembered why I stopped doing that) , the delivery was fast and as I said I have the optics of her headphones that fit my iPhone. Whether the microphone I can, however, does not test, I make phone calls anyway without the headphones because I understand nothing else.
