By SSD hard drive, the laptop is much faster than conventional HDDs, significantly quieter (if the processor fan is made or hardly rotates, then one hears sometimes nothing), and the battery lasts longer than with my old Lenovo laptop from 2011th
My overall impression is very good, I would give the laptop also readily 5 star ... BUT:
The keyboard is a joke! If you type fast, it happens all the time that certain characters are not accepted. After I've looked at the problem in detail, noticed that certain letters in the top row (QWERTZUIOOP) and the bottom row the pressure in the upper left or upper right of each letter-stretched nothing happens. That is always the case - even if you press the button until it stops. It was particularly bad at the "i" and the "n".
My guess is that the haptic input (= the plastic frame of the keyboard) was not glued flush to the underlying electronics and therefore the keystrokes are not detected.
I subsequently contacted the Amazon customer service and got free within just 22 hour spare. Amazon halt! When replacement unit, which I'm writing here, the problem very weakened form occurs in very, although still on, but that is to be absorbed. If I write a full A4 page, then possibly missing 2 letters around the page. But my impression is that the problem with time tends to decrease, and the keyboard is slow "acclimated" (subjective!). Nevertheless: The keyboard is in my view total crap (even if they can be operated pleasantly).
In summary: If you caught no mon model of the keyboard, then the laptop is great and unbeatable value for money.
