Large turbo lag!

I envy those reviewers whose WOLF turbo reseeding is well risen. And it's here so some ...
My results are more frustrating: Two smaller areas, devastated by civil engineering work had to rush technically be restored. All known preliminary work was carried out carefully. One of the areas I have interspersed with a residual amount of "Tiergarten" (from last year), the other with just this WOLF-turbo reseeding. Then every day the tiresome aftercare: water, water, water ...
The weather conditions were favorable with mild nights and quite sunny and warm days. Now, after 12 days the interim assessment: the "Berlin" area a little sketchy, but neatly covered with about 10 cm long stalks; on the "Turbo" area, however, is not doing anything, not even green fuzz can be seen!
I'll still resent, if and when the turbo ignites.
My previous knowledge is, as so often, that brand name and high price does not always stand for quality ...
Oh, and a pack imprint I would like to share the values ​​readers: there is written, among others, "Low Schnittgutanfall".

Day 16 after sowing.
A very uniform germination can be seen clearly. The quality of the seeds therefore seems to be very good. Nevertheless, the whole thing has nothing to do with 'Turbo'.
The gaps in the 'Berliner Tiergarten'- area are still bare and remain there probably. So treatment required.
