Without doubt, and this study is groundbreaking as far as the management of feelings in the world of work. Nevertheless, it remains in the Cartesian sense of turning a blind eye - because it comes from the (implicit) assumption that can be controlled by cognitions emotions ... which is marketed in recent years, particularly of D. Goleman as a concept manager / interior. Unfortunately, this perspective denies the genuine affective logic of feelings. Too bad, but nevertheless still worth reading.
