At the soldering station is certainly not bad. In the duel with my old Weller (even just 40 watts), however, it draws the short straw. The time to heat up is not significantly different. During soldering, even I have a feeling that the tip loses much faster to temperature, and that although it is a 80 watt station. That bothers me so deeply that I am considering another soldering iron (Weller WSP80 or Ersa 0890CDJ) to purchase for the station. For the price, however, the station is recommended and hence 3 stars.
