So it was for me near the "very sharp" Sriracha to taste.
My conclusion: taste is fine, less vinegar could use. The monosodium glutamate (E621) is not necessary, but can not be avoided, because this sauce comes from Thailand (as it seems). Could be sharper because I "very sharp" something mean by another. Pur it is quite nice (70% Chili - seem well to play in the league of a jalapeno).
Price: Optimal
Taste: Alright (-For E621 and too much vinegar)
Sharpness: Alright
